NewTone werd in 2006 opgericht. De organisatie is gespecialiseerd in coaching excellence, customer excellence en business consulting en opereert onder het motto 'use talents, drive performance': zich focussen op de talenten van het menselijk kapitaal zal leiden tot verbeterde prestaties.
Via progressiegericht werken in kleine stappen, en consequent, wordt er naar de gewenste situatie toegewerkt. Hierbij verloopt de aanpak gestructureerd, volgens een vaste methodiek en in een duidelijk vooropgesteld traject. De trajecten omvatten een combinatie van consulting, individuele coaching en workshops. De organisatie, het team en het individu worden betrokken.
